We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed candidate to join our friendly, busy and dedicated team. The successful candidate will need to provide effective and efficient support to a busy team working with private landlords to secure affordable private rented accommodation for residents who are threatened with homelessness and to bring empty homes back in to use.

This is a varied role suited to someone that is committed to providing a high level of customer service, flexibility, highly organised and has the ability to give advice over the phone and in person as well as accurate record keeping and processing of invoices. 

A knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential.

An awareness of the private rented sector and the challenges faced by private tenants and vulnerable households in a high demand housing market would be an advantage.

English Language Requirement
