PA to the Strategic Directors
Woking Borough Council is looking for two highly organised and enthusiastic individuals to provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Corporate Leadership Team, the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Woking.
This varied role would ideally suit an individual with extensive diary management experience, the ability to multitask, prioritise where necessary and who enjoys working in a demanding and challenging environment. A key part of this role will involve providing administrative support to meetings, preparation of committee agendas, reports and taking of minutes. The successful applicant must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a team to ensure a high quality service in provided.
Experience of using Microsoft Office IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential.
